Recently, LG released a video promoting the LG G3 Beat, the trimmed down version of the bigger LG G3. Towards the end of the video the yet to be announced LG G3 Stylus (the phablet version of the G3) made an appearance, completing the flagship, mini version, and phablet trio. LG wants to trademark G3 Lite, G3 Vigor, G3 Vista and G3 Beat

PhoneArena has spotted trademark applications with the USPTO (US Patent and Trademark Office), revealing that LG wants to trademark “G3 Lite,” “G3 Vigor,” “G3 Vista,” and “G3 Beat.” We already know about the G3 Beat, which seems to be a trimmed down version of the larger G3 in China. The LG G3 Vista is said to be a device headed to US network operator Verizon. The G3 Lite may be another name for the LG G3 Mini. Sadly, the G3 Vigor is a complete mystery. With Vigor in its moniker, we’re guessing it’ll be a device that targets active or outdoorsy consumers. LG is yet to officially announce the LG G3 Mini, but with the Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini recently making its debut, we’re guessing the LG G3 Mini will soon make its debut as well. LG G3 Mini to be launched by China Mobile as the LG G3 Beat, photos reveal

Chinese-speaking PCPOP has posted photos, revealing that the LG G3 Mini will be launched by Chinese network operator China Mobile as the LG G3 Beat. One of the photos show the device side by side with the bigger LG G3. One of the photos reveals that the device with model number LG-D729 sports a 5-inch 720p screen (contradicting previous reports that claim the LG G3 Mini will sport a 4.5-inch screen), an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, 16GB of internal storage, a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor by Qualcomm, 2GB of RAM, and a 2300mAh battery. It is still unclear whether the LG G3 Mini will be known as the LG G3 Beat in other markets, or if this is a China Mobile exclusive. Phones LTD will keep you posted once we know more.
