New Sony Lavender images leaked – coming next month?

Recently, we ve been hearing a lot about a rumoured Sony-made device code named Lavender. Recent leaks have revealed that device hardly has any bezels. Now we ve got more images to show. The images above were leaked by French-speaking NWE, a site known for leaking accurate information on yet to be announced devices. According to the site s sources, the Lavender is currently in mass production, and will be ready to ship next month. It is said that Sony is planning to lift the lid on the device sooner than later. Previous reports have revealed that the Lavender will sport a 5.5-inch screen with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera (Sony IMX214 sensor) with LED flash, a 13-megapixel front-facing camera (Sony IMX214 sensor) also with LED flash, dual SIM support, a MediaTek 64-bit MT6752 octa-core processor with each core clocked at 1.7 GHz, a Mali-T760 GPU to handle graphics, and 2 GB of RAM. Bezel-less Sony Lavender to sport 13-megapixel front and rear cameras?

Twitter account @upleaks previously leaked a render (see below) of what is believed to be the Sony Lavender, an almost bezel-less smartphone. Now, on his website, the leak artist has revealed the smartphone s specs. According to @upleaks, the Sony Lavender will be another selfie-focused smartphone under Sony s E55 Series. As for specs, he claims the device will sport an 1080p screen (FHD), but says the display size is unknown, but bigger than the XPERIA C4. He says that the bezels are super-narrow, which is pretty obvious from the render seen above. The smartphone is said to allow users to slap in two different SIM cards, thanks to dual SIM card slots. It is said to sport a MediaTek MT6752 64-bit octa-core processor with each core clocked at 1.7 GHz coupled with 2 GB of RAM under the hood. It will run Android 5.0 (Lollipop) out of the box. Sony Lavender render leaked – shows almost no bezels

We came across leaked information about the rumoured Sony Lavender (code name) in the past. Now we re got an alleged render of the device to show. The image you see above was leaked by Twitter account @upleaks, who has proven to be accurate in leaking information on unannounced devices. According to past reports, the Sony Lavender (E5503) will sport a 1080p screen (screen size is yet to be determined), and a MediaTek MT6752 64-bit octa-core processor with each ARM Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 2 GHz. The chipset also comes with a Mali-T760 GPU and an integrated LTE modem. These specs aren t at all bad, but what caught our attention is the almost bezel-less design.
